No茅mi Nagy is an affiliate professor in the USF Nault Center for Entrepreneurship. She also serves as an assistant professor in career and technical/workforce education in the USF College of Education.

Nagy's interdisciplinary research utilizes and synthesizes knowledge and methods from a wide array of fields, including industrial-organizational psychology, behavioral economics, and organizational behavior and human resources.

She received the career fellowship for promising young researchers from the Swiss National Science Foundation, as well as a nomination as best paper based on a dissertation and best paper of the Careers Division by the Academy of Management.

Nagy has published in various international peer-reviewed journals, including the Human Relations, MIT Sloan Management Review, the Journal of Career Assessment, and the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology. She has presented her research at numerous international conferences, such as the Academy of Management Conference and the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology Conference.

Nagy received her PhD in work and organizational psychology and her Certificate of Advanced Study in university teaching from the University of Bern, Switzerland, her master's degree in social and economic psychology from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. She has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior, leadership development, personnel assessment, career development, and statistics and research methods.
